Testimonials and Practitioner Evidence
Testimonials
Purpose: Verified customer and patient testimonials supporting content credibility and social proof. Organised by condition and audience segment.

Usage guidance:
- Testimonials support content but do not substitute for scientific evidence
- Use condition-matched testimonials alongside the approved condition response for that condition
- Do not use testimonials as primary evidence for efficacy claims
- Ensure usage permissions are confirmed for all testimonials before publication

- Published: NHS Innovation England, June 2016
- Result: 999 out of 1,000 patients preferred Biopods/Barefoot Science over conventional orthotics

Documents in this folder:
neil-frame-physio-first-conference-nov-2014.pdf
- Source: PhysioPod UK Limited website (archived May 2015) — independent third-party publication
- What it documents: Neil Frame, MChS SRCh DPodM, "Specialist Podiatrist of the WalkinCentre, Cheshire," presenting the Barefoot Science Foot Strengthening System at the Scottish Physio First Conference, 7–8 November 2014, on behalf of Canonbury Products Limited (UK distributor)
- Why it matters: Third-party corroboration of Neil Frame's identity, credentials, and active professional advocacy for Barefoot Science during the study period (2012–2015). Independently published by an unrelated healthcare company — not Biopods marketing. He was presenting alongside Professor Tim Watson MCSP, a prominent UK physiotherapy researcher.
- Conference description of the presentation: "Barefoot Science insoles safely work the foot with every step to restore the natural architecture of muscles, bones and ligaments. The insole technology uses proprioception to progressively rebuild this structure. As the muscles strengthen, the foot becomes properly aligned to form a strong base for a natural gait and healthy body. The talk was well received by the attendees who all felt and experienced this innovative technology."
- Content use: Supports credibility of NHS study researcher; can be cited to establish Frame's clinical standing and independent professional endorsement prior to NHS publication
